You can sign up for our Rewards Club at any time through our website. Register here.

If you have difficulty in registering, write an email to gipfelstuermer@hotel-obermuehle.de. We can assist you accordingly.

You will not receive a membership card for the Gipfelstürmer Rewards Club. You will be identified as a member at any time with your membership number.

Click on „Forgot password“. After you have entered your email address, you will receive an email from us with a temporary password.

You can cancel your membership at any time. You can delete the member account selecting the settings in your personal Club area. Alternatively, you can send an email to gipfelstuermer@hotel-obermuehle.de. All collected points and your Club level will expire.

With every generated purchase you can collect vertical meters. For food and beverage services you receive two meters per € 1. For overnight stays and all other activities you receive one meter per € 1.

Only direct bookings are qualified for the Club level. If you book your stay, for example, through a third-party provider, we cannot credit them.

Your vertical meters will be credited after your departure. It may take up to 24 hours for the credits to be visible in your account.

Vertical meters will be credited after your check out. The automatic process may take up to 24 hours. If you have not been credited with the difference afterwards, write an email to gipfelstuermer@hotel-obermuehle.de.

Your vertical meters are valid for three years since the departure day.

The Club level and meters are automatically saved if your booking (s) and registration were made using the same e-mail address. Please adjust your e-mail address. Please also note that bookings through third-party providers cannot be taken into account.

Your Club level is valid for three years.

You can redeem your vertical meters in your individual Club area and you will find all the rewards there. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive the voucher of your reward. Please show the voucher at the Front Desk.

Your Membership in our Rewards Club is of course free of charge.
